U.S. News & World Report magazine looked into eight, nonmonetary benefits that offer a different perspective into what employees really want. The list shows that employees want to work somewhere where they are valued and have room to learn and grow. And with many dual-income and single-parent households, it’s probably no surprise that flexible work schedules also made it on the list.
